QUALIFICATIONS TO PLAY IN STATE TOURNAMENT
Teams must have either participated in a state qualifying tournament or have played in a sanctioned league. In addition, the following items must be to Wally Fortuna, the Kansas State Director, by Friday, June 26th, his contact info is 816-587-4545 or 6324 N. Chatham Ave #136, Kansas City, MO 64151.
- Complete ENTRY FORM.
- Cashier’s check or money order for $345 8-U thru 14-U, $375 for 15U.
The State Director will then forward your team information to 3&2 Baseball.
MANAGER’S CHECK IN PROCEDURE
Please arrive early for your first game to check-in at the field manager’s office at either complex where general information will be available. Team managers need to have the following items with them when they check in:
- USSSA roster
- Check in sheet.
- Copy of birth certificates for each member of your team to verify they are the proper age.
ADMISSION
Admission during the tournament will be $5 per person per day for ages 14 and up and $2 per person per day for ages 6-13.

FORMAT
The USSSA Baseball program will use the pool-play format with teams seeded into pools (based on the State USSSA point totals available to the Tournament Director) where they will play a round robin. A single-elimination format will be used in the championship bracket following pool play. The exact format of the tournament, the number of pools, number of teams in each pool, etc., will be set by the Tournament Director following USSSA baseball guidelines and being approved by the USSSA Baseball State Director.
AWARDS TO BE PRESENTED
- Team awards for the 1st and 2nd place teams.
- Individual awards to the 1st and 2nd place teams.
